Young Athlete Bootcamps

  • Who: Brent or Matt or both of us with you and up to 6 other people getting after our health and fitness goals
  • What: Group kettlebell and bodyweight training that focuses on flexibility, stability, strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness all in one workout. Workouts include a 10 minute warm-up, followed by a 15-20 minute workout. Get in and get out…efficient and effective. Oh yeah, you’ll also get encouragement from the coaches and fellow Well Built Humans working out! 
  • Where: Classes are held at 336 US Hwy 61 S, Potosi, WI. 
  • When: We offer morning classes MWF at 5:15 and 6:00 AM, and evening classes TWTh at 5:30 PM. On Saturday mornings at 7:00 AM we offer a bonus workout for anyone looking to get in one more training session to get after their goals. 
  • Why: You need to be here because you want to get the most out of your life, physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. You want to be able to play with your grandkids, go for hikes with your spouse, chase after your kids in fun game of tag, shovel the driveway, go play a game of pickleball with some friends, go hunting and not get winded when you’re dragging your monster buck out of the woods, have energy to keep up with work and life at home…the list goes on and on. Humans have a lot going on. Why not be a Well Built Human to get after YOUR life and LIVE it WELL?

Young Athlete Bootcamps

  • Who: Brent or Matt or both of us with local youth, ages 10 - 14.
  • What: Group kettlebell and bodyweight training that focuses on flexibility, stability, strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness all in one workout. Workouts include a 10 minute warm-up, 15 minutes of agility and plyometrics, a 5 minute HIIT session, followed by a 15 minute workout. Get in and get out…efficient and effective. Oh yeah, you’ll also get encouragement from the coaches that will help build confidence and mental fortitude.
  • Where: 336 US Hwy 61 S, Potosi, WI.
  • When: We offer a school year option, which occurs on Wednesdays from 4:15-5:00 PM from December through March. We also offer a summer option on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The school year and summer options always run for 8 weeks.
  • Why: We want to help our youth develop physical flexibility, stability, strength, power, endurance, while they are growing because it will help build a strong foundation for their future adult selves. In addition, our challenging workouts will help them develop confidence in their ability to do hard things.
