We are serious about fitness, and are constantly striving to improve ourselves and love to bring others along in our journey of becoming Well Built Humans. Our part-time gym offers fitness training for adults and youth, supplements to help you fill your nutritional needs, and we partner with Foundation Fitness and Nutrition to bring healthy meals to the Potosi area. In addition, we are always happy to share tips and recommendations on fitness and wellness. We are all about living sustainably...no more diets or short-term workout plans. We're here to help you sustain and maintain a healthy and fit life!
We are both Certified Personal Trainers with years of experience in exercise, wellness, and sports. We've gotten results: muscle mass gains, body fat loss, jumping up a kettlebell weight because the old one is getting too easy, and confidence through the roof. We can help you get those same results.
In addition, BMI isn't good enough to help you become a Well Built Human. That's why we offer In Body Assessment screenings 2-3 times per year to help you track your body composition changes over time. These assessments will inform you of your body's composition: muscle, water, fat, and so much more. Knowing where you're at and developing a plan of attack to get you results...let's do it!
Jocko Willink says it best, "Discipline equals Freedom". We don't want your fitness to hinder you from getting the most out of your life, we want your fitness to be the means by which you become the best mom, dad, grandpa, grandma, husband, wife, athlete, etc, that you can be!
